3. Advisory Services / Online Assessments
We process our customers' data in accordance with the Singapore data protection regulations (Personal Data Protection Act ) within the scope of our contractual services.
We process inventory data (e.g., customer master data such as names or addresses), contact data (e.g., email, telephone numbers), content data (e.g., text entries, etc.), contract data (e.g., subject matter of the contract, term), payment data (e.g., bank details, payment history), usage and metadata (e.g., in the context of evaluating and measuring the success of marketing measures). Data subjects include our customers, prospective customers, their customers, users, website visitors, employees, and third parties. The purpose of the processing is to provide contractual services, billing, and our customer service. We process data that is necessary to establish and fulfill contractual services and indicate the necessity of providing it. Disclosure to third parties only occurs if it is required within the scope of an order. When processing the data provided to us within the scope of an order, we act in accordance with the client's instructions and the statutory requirements for contract processing and do not process the data for any purposes other than those specified in the order.

We store our data on Advisory Services data on Servers in Switzerland, EU and Singapore.
Deletion of personalized assessment data:
1. Free assessment
- personalised data will be deleted after 30days;
- anonymized assessment answers are retained for research purposes.
2. Paid assessment
- personal data is retained (can be updated by client);
- assessment answers are required with link to the client – client can regenerate the report;
- client can delete link to assement answers, in such case anonymized assessment answers are retained; client cannot regenerate report anymore.
We delete data after the expiration of statutory warranty and similar obligations. The necessity of retaining the data is reviewed at irregular intervals. In the case of statutory archiving obligations, deletion occurs after these expiration. In the case of data disclosed to us by the client as part of an order, we delete the data in accordance with the terms of the order, generally after the end of the order.
4. EU Residents
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
